The prices in your e-catalogue are stated as F.O.B. What does F.O.B. stand for?
F.O.B. is an international shipping term which refers to the allocation of costs between supplier
and customer. Free On Board (FOB) means that the prices we offer are for the products only,
with the customer covering additional costs such as shipping fees, import and export taxes, insurance,
fumigation etc. Most of our existing customers have accounts with shipping companies, however,
if you are new to importing, we are more than happy to help with your shipping needs.

Is there a minimum order I have to make, and how do I pay?
We only accept orders that exceed the value of $10,000 USD.
Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which will be provided in the pro-forma invoice.
Once I have made an order, what is the procedure from then on?
Once an order has been placed, a 30% deposit is required to help with the costs
of raw materials.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will continue to process the order. Once the order is completed,
the resulting balance of 70% must be paid in full before we can deliver the goods to your shipping company.

How long will it take to finish my order?
The time will depend on the size of the order and the availability of raw materials. As a guide,
it takes approximately 28 days for us to finish a 20ft container order (247 boxes).
Shipping times also vary depending on your company’s location. As a guide,
it takes 28 days for a shipment to arrive at the UK from the port of Bangkok.

Can I come to visit you in Thailand?
We more than welcome personal visits and are happy to help with accommodation,
transport and any other needs you may have. However, the making of the flowers follow
a secret process, and we are unable to show customers the areas in which the flowers
are made. We can arrange visits to our warehouse in Bangkok where it is possible to
see workers finishing products, and view a selection of samples.
