The prices payable for the flowers that you order are clearly set out on the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item,
we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are
expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

In the event that we are unable to supply the Forever Flowers product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

| Delivery |

- The delivery charge is as follows:-
- £ 4.95 for up to 3 items
- £ 9.90 for up to 6 items
- £ 14.85 for up to 9 items => and an additional £ 4.95 per every 3 items purchased.
- Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to any delivery taking place of any additional delivery charges.
- Flower deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK & Thai public holidays.

If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after despatch. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on flowers despatched by post.
Our customer service phone line is operated between 6pm and 10pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and 12pm to 6pm (GMT) Saturday and Sunday. This service is available for customers in the UK on 07886929572 and if calling from overseas on +447886929572. An answer machine service is in operation at all other times. Call charges will vary according to the destination of the call. We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of quality service.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.

The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
